NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in regular session on the 4th Monday in June, 2010, the same being June 28, 2010, at 9:00a.m., in the Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due course of business.

AGENDA

1. Pay bills. - Approved.

2. Accept reports, deputations, and approve any additions to bond list. There were no reports, deputations or additions to bond list.

3. Approve minutes of June 14, 2010. . - Approved.

4. Receive bids on struck-off property. - No bids received

5. Discuss and act on Machinery Price List of Upton County. – Approved the change to $70.00 per hour for all Machinery that a fee is paid to County with 1 hour minimum,

6. Discuss and act on renewing 2010 property coverage document with TAC. . - Approved.

7. Discuss and act on completion of the McCamey Swimming Pool Project. . – Mr. Morrisey signed a letter of Authorization for Upton County to pay ASCO $ 9,991.00 directly for services renedered to PSI for the McCamey Pool Project. An additional contract will be signed by Mr. Morrisey to include PSI returning to McCamey at the end of Summer to install covers & Grommets on all 7 pools and Delivery of all Warranties.

8. Discuss and act on SAVNS Maintenance Grant Contract between the Office of the Attorney
General and Upton County for the State Fiscal Year 2011. . - Approved.

9. Discuss and act on a new phone system for the Sheriff Sub Station. . - Approved.

10. Discuss and act on Renewing Annual Membership Fee for the Texas Renewable Energy
Industries Association for $100.00. . - Approved.

11. Discuss and act on an easement for sewer line for the RV Park at the Rodeo Arena. . – No action taken. Continue until August 9, 2010 Agenda after City of Rankin’s Engineer Firm they hired gets back with them with Report on July 27th.
