NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in a special meeting on the 1st Monday in June, 2010, the same being June 7, 2010, at 1:00 p .m., in the Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due course of business.

AGENDA

1. Discuss and act on completion of the McCamey Swimming Pool Project.

Approved to pay costs directly to suppliers (Mr. Morrisey’s written approval) to finish pool with monies that do not go over remainder of Bid amount of 37,893.00

Mr. Morrisey agreed to sign written consent to allow County to pay Troy Vines for concrete directly out of remainder of Bid amount of 37,893.00

Mr. Morrisey will get figures by next week to Melanie’s office for additional work that needs to be done to complete the pool.
