NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in regular
session on the 2nd Monday in May, 2010, the same being May 10, 2010, at 9:00a.m, in the
Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due
course of business.

5. Discuss and act on appointing an Upton County Emergency Service District # 1 Board
Member to fill unexpired term of Frank Evridge, who resigned. Approved to appoint Johnny
Latzel.
6. Discuss and act on electrical wiring for County Barn in Rankin. Approved to use Saul
Electric from Crane, Texas. $11,000 to do the job; $5,000 draw now and balance due upon completion.
