NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in regular
session on the 4th Monday in April, 2010, the same being April 26, 2010, at 9:00a.m., in the
Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due
course of business.

2. Accept reports, deputations, and approve any additions to bond list. –
Let minutes reflect there were no reports, deputations and no additions to bond list.
3. Approve minutes of April 12, 2010. -

4. Receive bids on struck-off property. -
No bids received
5. Discuss and act on McCamey Airport agreement with the State. -
No action taken. Will continue this at Budget time.
6. Discuss and act on Interlocal Agreement between Upton County and Rankin Cemetery
Association. .
- Approved.
7. Discuss and act on Lease Agreement for Election Equipment between Upton County and
Rankin County Hospital District. .
Approved. 4 machines ADA compliant $ 29.95 per day; Non ADA compliant $ 25.00 per day. May
8th Election.
8. Accept resignation letter from Frank Evridge, Upton County Emergency Service District # 1
Board Member.
- Approved.
9. Discuss and act on appointing an Upton County Emergency Service District # 1 Board
Member to fill unexpired term of Frank Evridge, who resigned.
– Table until next meeting on May 10th. Johnny Latzel was recommended but
Commissioner Jackson could not reach him.
