NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in regular session on the 2nd Monday in March, 2010, the same being March 8, 2010, at 9:00a.m, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due course of business.

There was one deputation, Vicki Hutchens in County/District clerk’s office . No additions to bond list.

3. Approve minutes of February 22, 2010. - Approved.

4. Receive bids on struck-off property. - No bids received

5. Discuss and act on Resolution Authorizing County Judge to Execute a Letter of Waiver for
payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT). - No action taken

6. Discuss and act on Rankin Library Annual Report. - Approved.

7. Discuss and act on McCamey Library Annual Report. - Approved.

8. Discuss and act on animal control officer. - No action taken

9. Discuss and act on Rankin Rodeo Arena regarding horse pens. - No action taken. Will discuss funding for additional pens during budget.
