NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Upton County will meet in regular
session on the 2nd Monday in February, 2010, the same being February 8, 2010, at 9:00a.m, in the
Commissioners’ Courtroom of the Courthouse in Rankin, to discuss matters coming before it in due
course of business.

County and McCamey ISD. . – Approved. 4 machines ADA compliant $ 29.95 per day; Non ADA
compliant $ 25.00 per day. May 8th Election, Early Voting April 26th – May 4th.

8. Discuss and act on extending burn ban that ends Feb. 20th. Extended burn ban will be
effective until May 8th, 2010. – Voted to lift Burn Ban and Court will consider on or before
May 8th whether or not to leave it lifted.
9. Discuss and act on Contract and Agreement for the Long Term Treatment of Juvenile
Offenders between Upton County and Taylor County. – Approved
10. Discuss and act on designating an early voting room at the courthouse. – Approved to use
small office room across from County Attorneys office as the early voting room.
